The uniqueness of this house is a 1 hectare land plot of impressive relief, surrounded on two sides by a natural water pond. Another highlight of the plot is an artificially formed 20-acre pond with naturally regenerating ecosystem.
The shape of the 446 sq.m house designed by architect Tomas Lapė is dictated by the relief - it seems to have grown out of the slope. The two floors of the house are arranged next to each other: private lounges - on a hill, active family life - at the foot of the mountain, natural light plays a special role here - all windows are arranged in east-west falls so that the rising and setting sun colors all the rooms. On the upper level of the house there are 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, gym. The architect seems to have erased the boundary between the house and the courtyard - the living room has a cozy green conservatory. The lounge and dining area is connected by an impressive fireplace. The library is also separated from the common space only by an improvised wall. The wine cellar on the hillside is filled with the natural coolness of the earth.
The residential house, the spa building standing on the shore of the artificial pond and the whole plot is planned to allow views of nature, not neighbors, and to feel privacy in any spot of the place.
