A unique building in the heart of the Old Town which was mentioned in written records dated 16th century. Since its inception, the building was used for the provision of accommodation and related services. The second floor had rooms for rent, the first floor had an inn and shops, and the basement had a brewery and an ice cream parlour.
In 2005, the building was fully reconstructed – the foundations were replaced, the basement was deepened, the external and internal load-bearing walls were reinforced, the slabs were recast, one more level was added, and an additional attic was built, covered with clay tiles.
The reconstruction resulted in 55 rooms set up in La Belle Époque style: 22 Classic, 12 Comfort, 3 Superior, 7 Superior Deluxe, 5 Junior Suite, 3 Queen Suite, 3 Royal Suite categories. Rooms and spaces were renovated in 2017-2018.
The hotel has an elevator, three staircases and two emergency exits. The ground floor has a bar, a premium restaurant, a shop and several other service areas with separate entrances. The building also has six spaces suitable for conferences, banquets and meetings. The basement has a cosy spa.
