The luxury real estate market in Lithuania is much smaller than usual and much more concentrated. Apart from suburban residences in picturesque areas of Lithuania, objects of this segment line up in seaside resorts and prestigious neighbourhoods of Vilnius and Kaunas. As paradoxical as it may sound, the price is not the key hallmark of a luxury apartment or a house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
