The one-storey A++ house is built on a slope, using the latest advanced technology. Monolithic structure, a serviceable roof with parking for up to 4 cars, city communications and air-to-water underfloor heating and cooling system. The rooftop parking space is equipped with an electric car charging station.
The main highlight of the interior design is a floor-to-ceiling window in the living room, offering spectacular views of nature. Since the house is built on a slope, the views are visible from everywhere, even from the outdoor terrace. Quality and natural materials – burnt oak parquet flooring, high doors, natural marble worktops and natural eucalyptus silk carpets – were chosen for furnishings.
