Near a well-known and prestigious residential area of Turniškės, just on the opposite side of Nemenčinė’s Road, in a settlement surrounded by a mature pinewood, an exclusive house is offered for sale.
The creative idea of the house installation and furnishing as well as the design of some furniture belong to the famous interior and furniture designer.
The house was built using quality materials, modern engineering solutions and following the wish of the hosts to have everything done perfectly.
The floor is made of two-layer oak boards and Italian stone mass tiles, while the walls are painted or covered with luxurious wallpapers.
A lot of wood was used for the furnishing of the house: wooden window-frames, balcony, terrace, and interior doors, wooden stairs leading to the second floor. The stairs are illuminated with LED light fittings from the sides.
The interior design of the house distinguishes itself for its specific style, splendid elements and furniture and accessories of well-known brands. Light fittings, chandeliers and decorations of marble fireplace were brought from France, more specifically, from the design house of Miss En Demeure, and the unique floor lamp adapted to this particular interior design was made according to an individual order in Belgium. You will certainly understand which one it is.
The pride of the kitchen is kitchen furniture designed by artists with a separate kitchen island decorated in a unique manner and featuring a stone mass working surface. The dinner table made of the tree of ash is also exclusive. And the unique cupboard of exclusive design has even a name – “the old Chinese”. Do you find this name suitable?
The exclusive bathroom, entrance hall furniture and TV table were also designed by designers, and bathroom fittings are Italian and German.
A particular luxury and cosiness in the house is conveyed by two soft velvet sofas designed by a designing company Marie's Corner and other furniture as well as curtains are from design companies Andrew Martin and Eichholtz.
The construction process was as carefully supervised as the designing of the interior. Considerable attention was paid to the aspect of durability. The foundations are made of concrete with hydro-insulation throughout the entire depth of the basement. They were covered with waterproof sealing and painted. The house and interior partitions are made of environmentally friendly Durisol blocks. Handmade Belgian bricks were used for the finishing of the façade. The yard is covered with the German clinker tiles, the balcony and the terrace – with the Italian stone mass tiles.
You will find all the necessary modern solutions and amenities in the house: automated courtyard and garage gates, outside lighting, automated lawn watering system, house and courtyard security with CCTVs. The basement of the house has a laundry room, water deionisation filter is installed.
The house is not only excellently furnished but also perfectly arranged. On the first floor you will find a luxurious hall with double-hinged doors, the dining room has impressive windows overviewing the courtyard and the terrace, a comfortable kitchen, a relaxation zone and a bathroom for guests.
The second floor has relaxation areas: the main bedroom with a spacious balcony and a magnificent view to the pines, a clothing room, a bathroom, children’s and guests’ bedrooms. One more room is designed for working purposes or a small bedroom can be installed.
The house is offered for sale with all furniture, appliances and equipment in it.
