Mantas graduated from Vilnius University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Finance. He has accumulated valuable twenty years of professional experience working in such international organizations as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nordea Finance, and SEB Bank. He began his career as a sales manager in financial services. His passion for sales, sense of responsibility, and strong internal motivation contributed to his successful career. At the leasing company Nordea Finance Lithuania, Mantas headed the Partner Sales Department for eight years. Later, at SEB Bank, he spent six years managing one of the bank’s customer service units, being responsible for its operations and results, and leading a team of more than a dozen employees. Mantas has also participated in various training programs aimed at improving sales, leadership, and people development skills. He is fluent in English and Russian. While working at the bank, Mantas also made decisions on granting loans for real estate purchases and collaborated with property developers and notaries. Therefore, his passion for sales and knowledge of the real estate market made it a natural progression when, ten years ago, Mantas joined the Sotheby’s International Realty company. Mantas loves his work, always strives to understand each client’s needs, and feels truly happy when he achieves the desired results together with them.
