The “Vingrių namai” project, designed by architects T. Paulauskas and V. Klyvė, was implemented in 2015. It was this year that “Vingrių namai” was recognized as the best residential construction project of 2015 in Lithuania.
This is a great choice for both living and investment due to its exceptionally excellent location. Vingrių street, which belongs to the Old Town, borders Naugardukos, Pylimos and Basanavičiaus streets, which allows you to quickly reach the desired part of the city by car, and visit almost the entire Old Town on foot. Vingrių street is quiet, not intensive, only one-way traffic is allowed in part.
The 68-square-meter apartment has two functionally planned bedrooms, a comfortable living room with an open kitchen and an outdoor balcony, and a shower room with a window.
The interior design was taken care of by Milda Saladūnaitė, creating classic, cozy and bright homes. She used high-quality materials and furniture for this.
