The bathrooms feature handmade Italian CIELO Ceramica sanitary ware, ZUCCHETTI fittings and FLORIM surfaces, including the sculptural ZUCCHETTI KOS Morphing bathtub. Textiles by Swiss house Christian Fischbacher add a softer, tactile layer to the restrained interior palette.
The fully finished lower level has been conceived as an integral part of the home rather than a conventional basement. Naturally lit rooms and dedicated ventilation create a comfortable private leisure floor, complete with an Abachi wood sauna, kitchenette and home cinema.
The residence also responds to a more conscious approach to modern living. A 11.7 kW solar energy system, air-to-water heating and an electric vehicle charging station enhance energy efficiency and independence, while air conditioning and heat-recovery ventilation provide year-round comfort.
