We offer you a spacious three-bedroom comfortable townhouse furnished in 2007. It has a 20 sqm terrace, lined with thermo-wood planks, and a 2.38-ares’ backyard - when you are in the city, you will have a private outdoor space surrounded by greenery.
The house boasts an excellent design: it lets in both eastern and western sunlight. The house is equipped with heat recovery ventilation and air conditioning systems, quality solid oak floors, an alarm system and a fire alarm system to ensure security.
The living room has a fireplace, which warms up during the cold season, while the spa area on a separate floor provides a place for harmony and time with family or friends.
To heat the house, natural gas is used with individual metering available, so it's very economical to maintain the house. You can park your car in your own garage or in the enclosed courtyard.
Advantages: Illuminated city roads and pavements to nearby public transport stops and supermarkets within easy reach. There is a wide choice of kindergartens, education and medical facilities.
Located in the north-west of Vilnius, the area has natural relics dating back to the Ice Age. The 1,160 m-long Šeškinė Ozas ridge ends at the edge of the area. It is a narrow, elongated embankment, 15-30 m wide, formed in the Ice Age, 16,000-18,000 years ago, and is said to be one of the largest eskers in the world.
In the mountainous area of the city, the Brook of Cedron flows, starting in the woods to the east of the district, in the Cedron Landscape Reserve. The stream running along the Street of Kalvarijų has long been believed to have healing properties. People believe that there was a pagan temple near the spring and a grove of oak trees. Nowadays, new buildings are constructed, the courtyards are renovated, and one of the most modern swimming sports facilities - the Fabijoniškės swimming pool - is open. There is also plenty of green space and excellent access to the city centre.
