In the very heart of the capital, at a prestigious address, an office with an exceptional interior is offered for sale. Located on the third floor, the premises cover nearly 150 sq. m and are designed to comfortably accommodate 15 workstations.
The interior designer said that the clients gave her complete creative freedom. When creating this workspace, the aim was to reflect the rich and eclectic context of Vilnius Old Town while subtly emphasizing the international nature of the company’s operations. As a result, the interior harmoniously combines modern and classical elements, strict graphic lines, and vividly painterly décor. These expressive design choices were not made by chance – they create an artistic, characterful environment in which the workplace gains greater individuality and aesthetic value.
The office spaces are planned in a functional and convenient way for everyday work: there are two open-plan work areas for different departments, a private executive office, large and small meeting rooms, two restrooms, and a lounge area with a kitchenette. To ensure additional employee comfort and well-being, investment was also made in exceptionally high-quality and ergonomic office furniture.
Special attention was also paid to the lighting. In addition to functional lighting tailored to everyday work needs, the interior features an abundance of decorative light fixtures that add warmth and distinction to the space and create a pleasant atmosphere.
The project also required technical precision. One of the most challenging stages was the installation of modern engineering systems – underfloor heating, alarm systems, internet connectivity, and heat recovery ventilation – and their subtle integration into the interior. This required considerable experience and ingenuity from the specialists involved.
