Ilze is recognized by the Latvian real estate association as one of the most experienced sales professionals in the region. Ilze has graduated Latvian medicine Academy, specialty Anesthetics and Reanimatology. In 2010 Ilze achieved the EMBA at Riga International Economics and Business School. Before co-founding Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty, Ilze was amongst the founders of real-estate service company Immostate in 2005. Before that, from the year 2000, Ilze spent 6 years with the Central Eastern European based Ober-Haus team initially working with the international relocation clients and later taking on a sales and management role in the company’s central office in Riga. Ilze has extensive experience in development and implementation of the new residential projects. During these years, successfully were implemented in life such new projects as Centra Nams, at Republic Square, San’Antonia, at Antonijas Street, Prime Residence, at Valnu Street, residential complexes Panorama Plaza and Panorama Residence, at Lielirbes Street, as well as premium-class apartment house Club Central Residence, at Baznicas Street.
